That is my border collie out there having some fun! NOW FOR THE LAMP PART OF THE POST!
I found this interesting old lamp at a garage sale a while back. I thought it had a cool very French Scrolly design to it, so I brought it home and the other day turned it into this. . . . . . . .
I used my favorite spray paint which is "Hammered Iron" from Rustoleum. And the bonus is that there is a light in the glass base.
I love the base.

Wow! How pretty your lamp turned out! I will have to remember the paint color.
That's a beautiful lamp, Michele! I think your makeover suits it much better than how it looked before.
Pretty horses! Really like the lamp redo.
Enjoy your weekend.
Michelle - I love your lamp! (the horses aren't too shabby either, lol). Hope you are having a wonderful weekend :)

You and your creative mind amaze me. Isn't it time for retreat again? I miss you!
The lamp is lovely and looks so much better. And those arabian horses? So pretty!
I noticed your horse while I was visiting my sweet friend Marcia's blog. She is beautiful. I love the lamp too. It does look French looking, and very lovely. You did a nice job spray painting it.
