My Saturday morning SALE-ING finds

Saturday morning, I was out with my daughter to visit some Yard Sales, and we were able to find some fun Vintage things.  My daughter however doesn't necessarily look for the vintage like I do.  It is all about things for her home that she can re-purpose or toys for her toddler.  But I was able to find some really fun little treasures and I think my grand total was $4.oo today!  Here is what I found!  I think the candlestick up above will turn into a faux mercury glass candlestick.  These items surely tell the truth of "What is one man's junk is another man's treasure."
This vintage Avon bottle.  I want to find an old clock face image for the front
 The back of the bottle.
I found this adorable baby vase complete with working music box on the back.  I love the vintage "50's feel here, although is probably is not that old.

These glass bowls will be great for. . . . . .
 this plate to make. . . . . . .
 one of these!
I love little white pitchers and don't have any that look like this one!
I know her paint is worn off, but I could not resist her cuteness anyway!
this old muffin tin was a dime!  I am sure it will get painted for my drawer full of beads etc.
this is not old, but I love it's look.  I am sure it will be painted also!  I will post the items when they have been re-done for sure!  What a fun time we had going Sale-ing.

Garage sale-ing with a daughter is my idea of fun too! With my daughter we are always "fighting" over the same things. So count your blessings your daughter doesn't like vintage:)

I love all your Saturday garage sale finds! My daughter and SIL go every week...my DD calls it Garage Sale-ing...LOL I especially love the vintage white avon bottle. What a little treasure. I think I remember those, maybe from the 1970's...in Australia anyhow. Thanks for sharing.
PS I have been seeing a chiropractor for my back and neck for 17 years. I couldn't live without my fortnightly treatments, but sadly there is only so much can be done for a hopeless case like me....

Love your finds, milady! That little gal is a parable in the making! Look forward to all your re-painting and re-purposing. Been to an estate sale last week that was quite overwhelming - and did spend more than $4.00. You did good on that score. But, for what I spent and the bounty I brought home - I did pretty good, too.
Joy!

I adore the old Avon bottle. What a great find! It's probably a good thing that your daughter doesn't go for the vintage items...more for you!

Loving all your treasures, Michelle! I also loved what you did with the candlestick on your last post...dying to try out the faux mercury glass technique!
