More Shabby French pillows

Some of these pillows will be gifts and some will be in my Etsy shop.  I so enjoy making each one of them with their vintage lace, vintage buttons and fancy stitching.  I have affection for all of them.

This one is just fabric, but the print is great!  I need to do up some more of these kinds without the embellishments!

Shabby Vintage Christmas

My Home is all decorated in a Shabby Vintage theme for Christmas.  I am liberated this year from putting up the Santa village.  It just did not happen this year, and I don't even miss it!

Okay, Here is my Christmas present to myself.  I just recently re-did this chair, and I wish I had done a before and after picture of it.  It was black and very old and un-level. After paint and things on three legs to even it out, I then covered the seat with burlap.  I put it in the Christmas boutique.  I was having a hard time parting with it, so set it a little high.  I did not sell it so decided that I would keep it!  Yay!  Oh and the pillow didn't sell either, so it will stay right on that chair.  

My daughter and daughter-in-law made these wreaths at Thanksgiving after the kids were in bed.

Craft Boutique a success

This past weekend I hosted the "Hidden Cottage Craft Boutique at my home.  It ran for two days and I feel like in this crazy economy we are in right now, that it was a success.  We had lots of Vintage Christmas Crafts available and even sold some vintage pieces.  It was interesting to see which things sold first.  Here are some photos of some of the items we offered.  I apologize for some of the blurred photos.  I was so busy that I was in a hurry.  Enjoy!

This wreath was made by my good friend Camille.  She decorates it with ornaments from the 40's 50's and 60's.  I think they are spectacular.  Love those hard to find reflectors.

This snowman is now listed in my Etsy shop.  No one wanted to take him home, but I think he is darling.

I made lots of ornaments

I made 6 of these most time consuming advent calendar pieces.  They all sold!

This one was my favorite advent.  I will have to get busy and make me one.

 Framed up some shabby Christmas prints

this is my kitchen window, which was not for sale.  It displays all my sweet matchbook ornaments from two years ago Christmas swap.  I sincerely hope all my crafting/blogging friends are having a wonderful December.
